Our way of working
Check the deed of sale (buyer)
- Before you sign the deed of sale, you send it to our legal sprcialist. Please include any attachments you have received. We would like to see the cadastral extract, the title deed (also called deed of delivery) and, if it concerns an apartment, also the deed of division and recent minutes and financial documents.
- We will send you a response to indicate that the file is complete or that we still need certain documents.
- Once the file is complete, we will send an invoice for payment
- You will receive an email from us with advice within 3 working days. After that, we will contact you by phone to review matters again.
- If desired and at a surcharge, we will come to your home to go through all details in person.
Draw up sales deed (seller)
- Send us all necessary documents. Of course the agreements made, which price, financial reservation, architectural reservation, delivery date and any other agreements. Research into the land registry is for our account. However, we do need the name and address details of buyers and sellers. If there is an apartment, the VvE (association of owners) documents must also be sent and, if there are there, the recent minutes of the meetings.
- We will send a response in which we indicate that we have received everything or what we still need.
- Once the file is complete, we will send an invoice for payment.
- You will receive a draft deed from us within 5 working days. We then review this by phone and then we send the final version.
- If desired and at an additional cost, we will come to your home to discuss everything in detail.

We were able to sell our house to friends. That’s why we haven’t engaged a broker. At a certain point the agreements had to be put on paper and of course there are examples on the internet.
