Koopaktejurist originated from and is part of Vastgoedkoper, purchase broker. In our many years of practice we have seen that there is a need among people to be able to reflect with regard to the legal part of a purchase, without immediately calling in a purchase broker. Mr. Pieter Maclaine Pont (LLM) graduated in Dutch law in Utrecht. As a lawyer and experienced real estate agent, he is cut out for assessing all legally difficult matters that may occure in a purchase deed. He is the first to go to when it comes to the legal side.
After thorough training at the IPD, Geert Groeneveld has gained enormous experience as both a sales and purchase broker. As a result, he has experienced all thinkable situations.
